~WINEMAKER'S NOTES 2006 Light green-gold hue, shimmering in appearance for an unfiltered wine. Forward aromas of hay with light flinty and oaky fragrances. Smooth and creamy on the palate with a meld of buttery oak and pretty Fuji apple accents. Tart apple notes and hints of spice on the close. A very appealing, well-balanced wine.
