An opulent Nero with aromatics of ripe cherries, spicy pepper, rose petals, wood smoke and frankincense. The palate is lush, broad and velveteen. Purple and blue fruits predominate with ripe cherry flesh and rich fig but make way for savoury Mediterranean scrub, lavender and cinders. ~ 91 Pts WINE SPECTATOR Lush and creamy in texture, with flavors of raspberry puree, dried cherry, star anise and violet gliding across the palate.
