The Vodka Martinez Spritz

Spring brings a season that cries out for lighter and brighter cocktails.  Today we share with you a favorite Bottle Pro creation that we call The Vodka Martinez Spritz.  It is a simple four ingredient tall drink inspired by the Martinez with bright, lively, bitter-sweet characters.  We specifically use Carpano’s Punt y Mes Vermouth for the drink and should you not have Punt Y Mes and use another sweet vermouth add 2 good dashes of Angostura to the drink to adjust the flavor.  If you like Aperol Spritzes and tall fizzy drinks, The Vodka Martinez Spritz will surely become a new favorite for the spring and summer season.  Cheers!

The Vodka Martinez Spritz

In a tall Collin glass filled with cracked ice add:

• 1 ½ Ounces Vodka
• 1 Ounce Punt y Mes Sweet Vermouth
• ½ Ounce Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur

Top with club soda, garnish with a generous wedge of orange.
