The Hugo Spritz

Every season there seems to be a new Spritz and for the summer of 2024, the Hugo Spritz is the in thing. Reigning from the Tyrolian Alps it is a made with St Germain Liqueur, fresh mint, and spritzed over ice with Prosecco and club soda. Delightfully floral and ever so delicate, the Hugo Spritz is a perfect play when the weather is stifling, and you just want something light and not too boozy. These hot days call for cool drinks and this season the Hugo Spritz is the coolest. Whip yourself up a batch today. Salute!

The Hugo Spritz

In a large red wine glass add:

• 1 ½ Ounce St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
• 6 Fresh Mint Leaves

Gently muddle the two together then fill the glass with ice and add:

• 4 Ounces Prosecco
• 2 Ounces Club Soda

Garnish with fresh mint, a lemon or lime wheel.
