Cucumber Watermelon Fizz

Today we share with you a refreshing summer cocktail that combines the cool, hydrating nature of cucumbers with the delightfully sweet character of watermelon. It is a tall drink made for hot days and the perfect ice breaker for summer entertaining.

Cucumber Watermelon Fizz

In a blender cup add:

• 1 large peeled and seeded cucumber
• 2 cups fresh watermelon pulp

Blend till smooth then strain through a fine sieve to remove any pulp.  Then, in a tall glass filled with cracked ice add:

• 1 ½ Ounces London Dry Gin
• 3 Ounces Watermelon-Cucumber Puree

Stir to combine, top with club soda.  Garnish with a cucumber wheel.
